Cheque ~ If you would like to pay for your order by cheque please make them payable to Annette's Allsorts. Cheques must be cleared before items are dispatched.
BACS (bank automated clearing system) ~ To pay by BACS please contact us at AnnettesAllsorts@aol.com or telephone 0116 2354902, after payment has been received your order shall be dispatched within time stated.
Postal Orders ~ All postal orders must be crossed and all details correct, if you choose to pay by this method please contact us by telephone or email with your order.
Placing Your Order ~ When placing your order, please make sure there will be someone at you assigned address or a suitable place to leave your order. If you have a specific Time or Day when you are not available please let us know when you place your order.
**We ask that you check your address when ordering, as soon as we arrange delivery we cannot change the address**
Postage & Packaging ~ Deliveries are made by Royal Mail (mainly for our smaller items) or via a Courier. All services we use require a signature on receipt.
We aim to dispatch your order within 7-14 working days (this excludes weekends), Personalised items may take longer depending on details. If you require your order earlier than stated please contact us and we shall do our utmost to meet your needs.
Annettes Allsorts do Not accept any liability for delays, dispatch or delivery, we are also not liable to any damage, delays to your parcel during transit.
Annettes Allsorts are not liable for any Missed delivery of your order. If you have missed your order it is the customers responsibility to arrange a suitable delivery time at their cost.
We are not obliged to refund or replace any product unless faulty or damaged.
International Orders ~ We ask that you contact us before placing your order as a delivery charge will apply. Please also note we can not send Dried Lavender overseas due to customs policies.
Returns & Refunds ~If you have received an item but no longer want it please contact us ideally via email (AnnettesAllsorts@aol.com) stating reason for return.
We advise that any return should be sent recorded and to the correct address, the item should be in immaculate saleable condition with its original packaging.
Once item has been returned to us we will notify you via email and will refund the cost of the item. This does not include return postage.
Should an item be returned to us after several unsuccessful attempts at delivery by our courier. It will then be the customers responsibility to pay additional postage costs to return the item/items.
If you no longer wish to receive the item/ items (due to having to pay postage costs) and wish to cancel your order there will be no refund given.
Personalised Items ~ All Personalised items are Non- Refundable please check ALL Names, Dates, etc are correct at time of purchasing.
