Terms & Conditions

Cheque ~ If you would like to pay for your order by cheque please make them payable to Annette's Allsorts. Cheques must be cleared before items are dispatched.

BACS (bank automated clearing system) ~ To pay by BACS please contact us at AnnettesAllsorts@aol.com or telephone 0116 2354902, after payment has been received your order shall be dispatched within time stated.

Paypal ~ When purchasing through our website this is the preferred method of payment. Paypal is secure and confidential site we never see any of your details accept for your name and address used for delivery of your order.

Postal Orders ~ All postal orders must be crossed and all details correct, if you choose to pay by this method please contact us by telephone or email with your order.

Postage & Packaging ~ All UK and Ireland orders are free P&P (this excludes all Trade Orders) all orders are send Royal Mail First Class. We aim to dispatch your order within 5-7 working days, Personalised items may take longer depending on details. If you require your order earlier than stated please contact us and we shall do our utmost to meet your needs.

Returns & Refunds ~ We hope you are pleased with your purchase, however there maybe a time when things are not quite as you may have hoped so please contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we shall do what ever it takes to put things right for you. We are sorry but personalised items are not returnable so please make sure details are correct when ordering.
